OMG
What time zone am I on?
Just back in Brisbane from Perth
Now we're off to Cairns at 4 in the morning!
Will be round to visit everyone
when we get back from Cairns
Never a dull moment....
In the meantime it's time
for the new Sketch Reveal over at
Totally perfect for my photo's from
The London Eye
The great sketch from our own Leah
Continuing with the Portobello Road collection
of papers from Papermania
The title letters are
Basic Grey "Jovial" micromono stickers
The great wee postcard is from 7 gypsies
and the London scene stamp
is by Crafty Individuals,
which I stamped on white cardstock,
cut it out, inked and tucked under the ribbon
I love this photo below,
which I did take myself, with the monument
to Boudica (Google It) in front
which sits on Westminster Bridge,
opposite Big Ben.
It gives some perspective of the
size of The Eye.
The Queen Boudica monument is huge,
and The Eye is on the opposite bank
of the Thames - very impressive
Some photo's taken from inside
our Pod. Our next door neighbour Pod,
and the monument, on the opposite bank
of the Thames, to the RAF (Royal Air Force).
I grew up in the RAF
Martha Stewart "Deco Fans" PATP
Handmade flowers from
Retro Flower Punch by EK Success
Little Roses from Hobby House
Green flourishes from Cheery Lynn
"Victorian Romance Flourish"
which I have chopped in half
and used either side of the flowers,
kinda like foliage
Photo above shows Big Ben
and the Houses of Parliament
from the highest point of The Eye.
We could also see Buckingham Palace,
which is the photo below Big Ben on the layout,
though due to distance, it wasn't so clear.
But how about the zoom on our modern cameras,
couldn't have gotten these photo's
a few years ago...
Daughter and I inside the Pod,
again the photo's are dark, it was dusk...
Totally loving this layout....
Now, head on over to
Be amazed at the beautiful creations
from my fellow DT members
Have a go at the sketch yourself,
we love to see what different
interpretations are out there
We will all come by and visit with you
See you soon
Hugs

I adore the additions to the page and I think you are pretty much just killing it with that collection! You should send all the projects to the company so they can see them all! =)
