Birthday Sundaes # 18

Hello crafty friends, I'm here with the latest challenge over at Birthday Sundaes - Anything Goes, again.....

I never know what to do when they have an anything goes challenge - I like a bit of direction.

I think that's why I get along with sketches in my scrapbooking. They give me a starting point - saves me sitting staring at papers for days wondering where to start...LoL

Anyway, I went with the beautiful Do Crafts Pampered Pets range again. Remember my Poodle card, well this is the Sitting Pretty Cat.....




Have layered the cat in this beautiful oval frame....



Added a wee bit of Kaiser bling...



A bit of 'fluffy'?? ribbon (I have no idea what this stuff is actually called. It's very fibrous and if you stretch it widthways, it tears very easily - anyone help)



So, there we have it - nice and easy, and another birthday card in my stash...

Birthday Sundaes # 17

It's Challenge # 17 over at Birthday Sundaes.....

To use Orange, Green & White....



This must be the brightest orange in the Bazzill range - I love it!

Not many chances to use this bright a colour, so I went with it....



The football paper is by Papermania....



The stamps are from PaperCraft....

Inks are Versa Color 'Green' and 'Orange' (what unoriginal colour names!!)

And a couple of brads by American Crafts...

Here I am with the latest challenge over at Birthday Sundaes - Stars & Stripes Birthday...

The star was cut on Cricut from George....

Birthday Sundaes # 10

Good Monday morning everybody. ths sun is shining here in Oz, though it's cold (yep, it gets cold down under!!!), and I'm off to book my flights to Scotland - can't wait to see my three gorgeous granddaughters.....

Meanwhile, here is my card for the current challenge over at Birthday Sundaes - Pearls and Lace....

The chandelier stamp is Papermania "Chatsworth Vintage" Collection, which I have adhered Kaiser pearls to....



A wee bit of ribbon from stash, some inking, and another lovely card done....

Here I am with another Birthday Card for the current challenge over at Birthday Sundaes....

This week's challenge is to use 'at least 3 circles'....




I couldn't resist using this gorgeous Poodle image from Andrea Jayne's "Pampered Pet" Collection - definitely not my usual style....



Nestabilities for the circles (of course), ribbon and roses from stash....



Happy Birthday cicular stamped image from Papermania's "Hampstead Collection - Icons and Sentiments"



A wee bit of foam mount to give the circles dimension, and voila.....

Challenge # 8 over at Birthday Sundaes is a recipe....

3 different embellishments & 2 patterned papers...

Here is my take...



Papers are the gorgeous "Chapter One" Collection from Kaiser....



The three embellishments are the Prima rose, Prima trim and the 7 gypsies stamped butterfly....



The sentiment was actually the freebie on the cover of the latest docrafts Creativity magzine....



Nestabilities to frame the sentiment and some black inking....

Birthday Sundaes # 7

This week's challenge over at Birthday Sundaes is 'Anything Goes' - here is my entry.....




Papers are Prima "Madeline" Collection, and the Prima flower has been in my stash for years!!!

I'm super excited to actually USE it....



The layout on my previous post was made using the same papers - Lime Tart April 2011 Full Tart....

So, while the papers were on my desk I just kept going.....
