Dusty Attic June Sketch

Welcome!

Today I thought I would have
 a go at a challenge.

Haven't done one for a while.

Found a gorgeous sketch
over at
 and decided to play along.

The Sketch.

I have used one of
DA's Vintage Frames
and a
DA Paris Post Mark

Close ups of the detail on the frame,
 achieved with
 Ranger Distress Crackle Paint
 "Picket Fence",
 and
 Pinflair Buff-It
 "Antique Silver"
 &
 "Antique Gold".

The papers, frame and Collectables
 are from the
 "Story Teller" Collection
 from
 Kaiser.

The gorgeous large flower
 is from
and the little flowers are
Magnolia.

The stunning lace is also from
 Tresors de Luxe,
though sadly it is mostly covered up!

The wee foliage die is from
Tattered Lace - a new favourite.

The black bling flourishes are from
 Zva Creative.

The photo is one of my favourite
from our trip to Paris last year,
and I am so happy with the layout.

And I got to use some
 DA chippies too!

Thanks for dropping in

Hugs

Addit - I won June Layout of the Month at Dusty Attic with this layout. Well pleased xx

Sketch Reveal at SOUS!

OMG - where did those two
 weeks go?

It's time for the new
 Sketch Reveal
 at

My interpretation.

Loving the vivid colours of this
 Kaiser collection.

The multi photo sketch
by our Nanne.

However, I only used one photo.

OMG - I broke the rules....LOL.

I usually follow a sketch to the max.

Go Me!!

The papers are the
"Curiosity"
collection from
 Kaiser.

I've also used the Collectables
 from the collection, which
 were perfect for
 the photo.

I've used a
 Punch Bunch
 punch for the leaves.

The hexagons have been cut on
 Cricut
 "Accent Essentials"
cart.

The photo is oldest
Granddaughter, Rebekah,
 back in 2010, when
 she was three.

Posing on top of a
 Bob Tail Lizard - Australia
 of course!

Another page in the album.
Love it!

Remember, you are playing
along this month for a chance
to win any three sets of your
 choice from the

We would love to have
 you join us.

So, head on over to the
and see what my fellow DT
 have done with the sketch,
 and also meet the newest
 members of the Sketch Team,
 who are being introduced today.

June Mood Board Release at Black With 2....

Welcome peeps....

We're into June, and that means
 Reveal Day
 at

This month's Mood Board is totally yummy...

Using the colours
Chocolate
 &
 Raspberry!

The required word is
 Sweetness.

 And the sketch is
 sweet too!

All on a black base!

My interpretation...

As soon as I saw the colours
on the Mood Board I knew
 exactly what papers I was
 going to use -
 "Bittersweet"
 from
 Basic Grey.

This collection was one of my
 first 'to die for' collections
when it was released,
and I still have a
 ton of it!!!

I have used sweet photo's
 of youngest Granddaughter,
Emma, and repeated
 the photo twice!

A few buttons for embellishments
 (too sweet) and the
papers do the rest!

I hope you will have time
to join our challenge
 over at
 this month.

Over at the Blog my fellow
 DT girls have some stunning
 takes on this month's
Mood Board - me thinks I
might have to give
 mixed media a go!!!

Next month I am going
 to use stencil's!
Watch this space
 - aaaaaargh.....

Thanks for dropping in
