On the same day daughter and I go to London

SOUS Sketch # 79

Hi everyone, here I am with my interpretation of the latest sketch over at Stuck On U Sketches.....

The sketch, by guest designer, Debbie Burns.....

I have used the stunning collection "Serenity" from Bo Bunny.....

The only other thing I have used is Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Eighteen....

And lots of distressing....

While I had the collection on my desk, I went on to make another layout....

Nothing else added....

Again, lots of distressing....

And lots of layers.....

Now for some photo's of the Three Princess' Room....

This room is HUGE.....

It was already painted these colours, no need to change it for the time being....

Just need some more furniture!!

The girls love it....

Now for some photo's of my current scrapping space....

Another huge room. Just waiting for my furniture to arrive from Australia....

This room is at the back of the house....

There is a balcony outside the patio doors....

And this is my view at the back of the house - Ardrossan Castle, or what remains of it....

The castle was built in 1140 and fell into ruin in 1654, when Oliver Cromwell's army destroyed it...

The castle is said to be haunted by the ghost of William Wallace (remember the movie Braveheart with Mel Gibson as the Scottish William Wallace - for my non Scots friends - a classic movie, I hope you have seen it). The castle was an English Garrison in the 12th Century, and Wallace sacked it. He was captured and hung, drawn and quartered by the English in 1305....

I'll let you know if I ever see him!!!!!

But, what a view....

That's me for the time being. Thanks for popping in again...
