Melbourne Expo Kits

Hi everybody

Thought I would pop in to show
you some of the stuff I was
 up to while in
Australia recently

My scrappy buddy, Tracey,
and I went to Melbourne for
 the weekend and attended the
 Scrapbooking Expo.

While there I purchased a few kits
to keep me going, not being able
to take too much stuff with
me from Scotland - baggage allowance!!!!!

At the Craft Queen booth they
had this beautiful kit by the
 uber talented Cathy Cafun
 - I couldn't resist.

The kit contained all the supplies
 to make these three layouts
 - and I love them!

First layout is oldest Granddaughter,
Rebekah

Second layout is a photo Tracey
took of me in the Victoria Gardens
 in Melbourne

And finally, another photo
 in Melbourne.
I made a few changes to this page,
to make it a wee bit more feminine,
 it was a boy page.
I added the butterflies and bows
 - not too much!

The papers are
 Kaiser "75 cents" collection

It's nice to do a kit from
time to time, so much quicker,
 and lots of fun.

I bought a few other kits and will
 showcase them soon

Hugs

Hi Jane, thanks so much for the lovely comment you left for me on my blog. The LO's you created with the Kaiser kit look amazing. I especially love how you altered the last LO with the pretty butterfly elements to suit your beautiful holiday photo... love the stamping on your background too!! So glad you enjoyed the kit :))
