Horse Guards

We fair got around London in just a few days,
no wonder my feet were so sore every day....Lol

Here is daughter and I at Horse Guards....

I have used sketch # 79 from
- pefect for getting a lot of photo's together....

The sketch....

Papers are again, "Portobello Road"
from Papermania....

Tim Holtz "Weathered Clock" die....

Do you notice the black mark behind
the numeral II (2) on the clock above
- read the hidden journaling lower
down for the reason -
and that both my clocks are showing
2pm....

Flowers and leaves are acrylic
stamps by Hero Arts...

Red pearls are from Flourish With A Bling
White pearls are Martha Stewart....

The wee satin flowers are made from
red ribbon which I fashioned into
little blooms with a running stitch
along one edge and pulled to form
 the wee ruffle...

Red ribbon is "Portobello Road"
by Papermania....

Below is the journaling which I have
 hidden behind the largest photo,
giving a quick history of Horse Guards,
and the reason for the black mark at
2pm...

I have cut the title on Cricut,
from the Martha Stewart
"Elegant Cake Art" cartridge...

Over at Frosted Designs,
 this layout, below,
was selected as Top 3
 - thanks girls!

That's me again today,
loving that I'm getting all these
 London photo's scrapped so quickly
- gotta love sketch blogs...

More news about my love
of sketches later
- hee hee....

Hugs

I really love your page, from the lovely flowers to the clocks and the journaling. I like pages that are pretty but when there is a reason behind the embellishements, they somehow look even more special. You have created a great memory, well done and thank you for playing at SIT.
