CHA - D & E

First things first

Happy 30th Birthday to my Gorgeous Daughter

OMG - I have a child aged THIRTY..!!..!!...!!..?...!!..!!.....

Now, back to CHA, and the letters D & E today.....

DCWV

The main attraction at their booth was the Paper Runway - these dresses were totally stunning...

They must have taken hours of paper manipulation to achieve the gorgeous results - see for yourself...

The new collections that attracted me were Street Lace and....

Immortal Love.....

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES

Heading into the city in a yellow taxi cab.....

Me in the taxi - cool photo....

A distant view of the Los Angeles Convention Center....

"Magic" Johnson outside the Staples Centre in LA....

At night the trees were simply dripping with lights - totally beautiful. Sadly a photograph does not do the total effect justice.....

The heart of downtown LA - pretty quiet during winter, I'm sure in the summer months you can't move down there - photo taken from the balcony of the Conga Room (Cricut Birthday Bash)......

EK SUCCESS

Ek Success, as I am sure you know, encompasses quite a few of the well known names in the world of Scrapbooking and cardmaking.....

Including, but not limited, to - Inkadinkadoo, Martha Stewart, K & Company, Jollee's, and EK tools.....

These are my favourites from K & Co....

Americana....

Watercolor Bouquet....

Botanical....

Lots of new Martha Stewart punches

And embellishments - the dimension in these butterflies is beautiful....

New EK Success punches too....

And EK Success was one of the Workshops I attended.....

Promoting Jolee's Jewels - this was the kit we got at the class....

And this is what we were doing with them.....

These were the samples - I didn't make them.....LOL

This is mine -- hee hee..... Not quite the same effect.....LOL

I must admit, I was a wee bit disappointed with the workshop. When I knew I was going to the EK Success one, my immediate thought was 'punches' and all the wonderful things you can do with them - never mind.....

The class was fun, very sparkly, and we did get a lot of stuff.....

Now to some more Candy - DCWV.....

None of the new collections I'm afraid.....

So, if you want a chance to win one of these, leave a comment and make sure you are a follower...

Too easy...

All Candy draws will be made on March 1st - don't forget yeaterdays post.....

Next post is the letters F & G....

Friends and Graphic 45....

Hugs for now....

Jane xx
